Wesley R. Jones, CPA, CGMA
Areas of Specialization
Wes specializes in working as a business advisor for closely-held businesses, tax planning and compliance for professional corporations, auto dealerships, contractors, real estate developers, retailers, and manufacturers. In addition, Wes occasionally testifies in court as an expert witness and works in the area of estate tax planning and compliance.
Wes worked for two local CPA firms before starting his own firm with James M. Zaffrann in 1983. He joined WKMR in 1987, when the firm of Jones & Zaffrann, S.C. was acquired by Winter, Kloman, Moter & Repp, S.C. Wes has served as a contributing editor for the CPA Digest and has spoken at the Wisconsin Judicial College on the tax aspects of divorce.

Wes serves on the Board of Education and Building Committee at St. John's Lutheran Church in Golden Lake.
Away from the office, Wes enjoys outdoor activities, including: golfing, hunting, fishing, water skiing, hiking, and farm work.
Mark B. Potts, CPA, PFS, CGMA
Areas of Specialization
Mark specializes in audit, accounting, and income tax for businesses in the service, distribution, manufacturing, automotive dealership, and retirement community industries. He works extensively with not-for-profit entities, including health and social service agencies, religious organizations, foundations, educational and day care facilities, and HUD subsidized real estate. In addition, Mark is an Investment Advisor Representative with WKMR Financial Group, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm.
Mark joined WKMR in 1988 after working four years with a local CPA practitioner. In addition, Mark has appeared as a guest on WMYX radio, speaking about elder care issues.

Mark is a member of the Olde House Society of Watertown and has served on several not-for-profit boards.
Mark is an avid reader, and also enjoys music, travel and restoring his old Victorian Home.
